Prayer

Hi friends!

Welcome back to a new semester. My prayers are with you throughout this year and it is my hope that we will grow closer together as a fellowship and as a campus community.

Our first core meeting was held on Monday night. We discussed the types of prayer such as petitionary prayer (prayer for onself) and intercessory prayer (prayer for others). We read about Moses' encounter with God in Exodus when he led the Isrealities up out of Egypt. We spent some time in prayer and shared our thoughts as a group.

So, to begin our first online discussion...

-when you hear the word "prayer" what thoughts come to mind?
-what images (pictures) do you see?
-is there a word that resonates within you?
